Are Reese Witherspoon and her husband, Ryan Phillipe, in a marriage crisis?

This is a hot question for the Oscar Winner Reese Witherspoon, for her acting in Walk the Line? The magazine Life & Style claims that they are on the rocks, and that they are maybe near to splitting. The same magazine spread rumours for Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, but they weren't true.
